Overview

The estate
Villa Grandi is always booked as a whole. Three villas on one walled grounds, one courtyard at its centre. One saltwater pool — open day and night, built for swimming lengths — for your group alone. Sun loungers and an outdoor dining corner; behind the Stadsvilla, the covered lounge with a television, with streaming via Apple TV and Chromecast. The carport within the walls holds four cars. No spaces shared with others.

The three villas
Stadsvilla has four bedrooms, Villa Awa and Villa Blenchi two each. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, connected to the room through an open passage — no dividing door, so the air conditioning cools the bathroom too. Seven steps lead from the parking area up to the grounds, with two at the Stadsvilla entrance; inside, everything is on one level.

Indoors
Beds made up with soft cotton linens. A rain shower indoors, an outdoor shower beside the pool. Three fully equipped kitchens — Siemens induction hob, oven and dishwasher, Nespresso and a French press. Air conditioning and ceiling fans.

With children
A baby bath and children's tableware are ready. Swim rings are at the pool, with a special float for the littlest ones. Alongside sixteen guests there is room for two small children in travel cots (up to three years) and a baby in a co-sleeper. Cot and high chair on request. Board games for the slow afternoons.

Otrobanda
Murals, monuments, local restaurants, boutiques, ice-cream parlours and cocktail bars — all within walking distance. Punda and the Queen Emma Bridge just across the water. Beach towels are ready; in the beach bag you will find a parasol and snorkelling gear. The city is right there. You only need to open the gate.

Arrival
Our local team welcomes you on arrival, shows you around and answers your questions on the spot. Checking in yourself is possible if you prefer. After that the estate is entirely yours — no staff on the grounds, and our team on call whenever you need them.
