Villa Grandi consists of three distinct villas - Villa Awa, Villa Blenchi and the Heritage City Villa - arranged around a shared tropical courtyard with a private saltwater pool. The estate is rented as one private residence, exclusively for one group at a time. Each villa has its own entrance, living and dining areas and a fully equipped private kitchen, allowing guests to stay together while enjoying genuine independence. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. The courtyard and pool form a natural place to come together for swimming, dining or informal gatherings, while each villa remains a quiet retreat when desired.
