Booking terms at a glance

• Initial payment: 50% due within 2 days after booking confirmation
• Remaining balance: due 30 days before arrival
• Security deposit: €950 (credit card pre-authorisation), placed 1 day before arrival
• Cancellation: free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival

Booking terms & conditions



Payment


A 50% down payment of the total rental amount is due within 2 days after confirmation of the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Security deposit


A security deposit of €950 applies. This amount is not charged in advance, but held as a credit card pre-authorisation (hold), placed 1 day before arrival and released after check-out, subject to inspection.
Electricity consumption is settled against the security deposit, based on meter readings at check-in and check-out (€0.50 per kWh). Any remaining amount is released as soon as possible after departure.

Cancellation policy


- Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: full refund


- Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 50% refund


- Cancellation within 30 days before arrival: no refund



Use of the estate


Villa Grandi is offered as an exclusively used private estate. There are no shared facilities and no other guests on the premises during your stay.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and against an additional fee.
